- NesterDC SE is the latest work made in NesterDC (I guess).
- Additionally to the speed and compatibility, it also offers the great option of getting screenshots, manuals, images, game genie codes and nsf (music) automatically for the roms when you create the disc.
- Unfortunately, the site that hosted the database does not exist anymore. After a lot of time I was able to find the the database in a russian website. I'd give the credits but I forgot the address.
- So this package contains both the latest NesterDC SE version I could find plus the (rare) database.
- Instructions of how to create your CD are in the emulator readme. Read it. Basically you just need to execute the NesterDCSEBuilderWx.exe and it will do all the job for you.
- Just be careful to unmark the "Default" in the "Master Library URL" and change the default address that is offline (http://www.sch3rz0.com/nesterdcse/master_library) for the directory where you have unpacked the library (e.g.: "c:\master_library").
- I've tested the emulator myself and I can say it's wonderful. Full speed without frame skip, good sound, all the menus look great, the builder does a great job recognizing the games and every single option you can imagine is present. It's certainly one of the more complete emulators ever made for a console.
